Almar Consulting, through its Due Diligence services, advises its clients on the current condition of buildings and the level of investment required.
Through our Technical Due Diligence reports we facilitate real estate operations, evaluating the building’s condition and verifying its compliance with the pertinent local and national regulations.
Our work methodology allows us to adapt each project, responding to our clients’ needs, and covering the following phases:
Analysis of documentation: Revision of the pertinent technical and administrative documentation relating to the construction, as well as the documentation generated during the building’s use and maintenance.
Legal and Urban Planning Review
Building inspection: Visual inspection, with the aim of determining the building’s condition, detecting visible construction anomalies and the state of the facilities.
Cost estimate: The approximate cost of repair work (rehabilitation and improvements to restore compliance)
Report: Definition of recommendations as to restoration work according to their urgency, establishing a timeframe, identifying risks and recommended measures.
