Sant Miguel or Sant Miquel, is a small village placed just North of Ibiza Island. Even tough its dimension is modest, Sant Miguel makes all kind of services available along the main street.
The project proposes an insolation multi-family building of 15 houses in two typologies, one with a surface area of 150 m2 and the other one of 75 m2. The building development is ground floor + two floors, and there are 15 parking places and 15 storages.
