The plot located in Barrafón Street currently is taken by an existing building, in La Latina, in the center of Madrid.
The project proposes replacing the old building with a new construction of two floors, ground floor and penthouse with one bedroom houses.
Almar Consulting is the designer of the project, the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
