Almar Consulting participates in the Property & Facility Management Summit 2026

Building Information Modeling (BIM) has become a key ally in the digital transformation of construction. From initial design to the operation of real estate assets, BIM allows us to precisely manage every stage of the project lifecycle.

His appointment will strengthen Almar Consulting’s Architecture division by developing new innovative and sustainable concepts, ensuring efficient, high-quality project management, providing interdisciplinary support to the company’s teams, and contributing to Almar Consulting’s strategic expansion.

We participated in The District 2026, held at IFEMA Madrid, one of the leading international events in the real estate industry, bringing together investors, developers and real estate professionals to explore market trends and emerging opportunities. Throughout the three-day event, Almar Consulting played an active role through two key speaking engagements: ▪️ Ines Koschel, International Project Management Director, participated in the panel discussion “Living: From Demand to Delivery”, focusing on the evolution of residential demand and its impact on emerging Living models across Europe. ▪️ Guillermo Kepa Bernaola Lorenzo, Architecture Director, presented our 360° technical consultancy boutique model, built around sector specialisation, local market expertise and international capabilities to support clients throughout the entire real estate asset lifecycle. We also took part in The World Class District Awards 2026, where José Luis Miró, President of Almar Consulting, presented the Almar Consulting Award for the Best Real Estate Project or Development, recognising excellence in real estate development. Three days of knowledge sharing, engagement with clients and industry professionals, and new opportunities for collaboration, further reinforcing our commitment to a technical, integrated and international approach to real estate.
