Almar Consulting strengthens its Architecture and Engineering division

Almar Consulting announces the appointment of Guillermo Kepa Bernaola as Director of Architecture and Ricardo Rodríguez as Director of Engineering. In this way, each of them will lead one of the two sub-areas within the Architecture and Engineering Department, headed by Iván Iturbe.

The creation of these two strategic roles responds to the growth of the Architecture and Engineering business area, which has delivered major projects across sectors including education, residential developments and hotels, among others. Following this growth, the objective is to continue driving both business lines forward and strengthen the area’s technical, operational and management capabilities in response to the increasing number of projects currently being managed by the company.

Guillermo Kepa Bernaola (left in the image) brings extensive international experience in architecture, as well as expertise in product development and the management of residential platforms for institutional investors within Azora’s Asset Management division. He has also gained experience in the Product and Innovation area at Neinor Homes and at the London-based architecture practice MSMR Architects.

Meanwhile, Ricardo Rodríguez (right in the image) brings more than 23 years of experience in the design, construction and management of building services projects across the tertiary, residential, retail, data centre, hospitality and industrial sectors. Throughout his professional career, he has led and developed MEP projects at Ayesa, JLL, CBRE and ACS, among other companies. His experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle of building services, from the conceptual and design phases through execution, commissioning and final project operation.
