Aurelio Fernández

Aurelio is an architect and Project Manager Professional (PMP®) with 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction sector. He is currently Director of the Project Management Division at Almar Consulting, leading a team specialising in the comprehensive management of technical and urban development projects. Throughout his career, he has held positions of responsibility as Construction Group Manager at Hill International, Hercesa Inmobiliaria and MJK, as well as Architect and Director of Real Estate Projects at leading companies such as PROCISA and Urbanizadora Somosaguas. He has directed the development of large-scale international projects, such as the La Finca Business Complex in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), the new BBVA corporate headquarters in Madrid, the conversion of EXPOZaragoza into a business complex, 5-star Grand Luxury hotels (Hotel Villa Magna (Madrid), Hotel Hyatt Cap Vermell (Mallorca) and numerous office buildings. In addition, he has extensive experience as an architect and construction manager in architectural and urban planning projects of various types and scales.
