Manuel Rodríguez

Manuel is an Urban Architect and holds an Executive MBA from IESE, with 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in urban development and strategic land management. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in public and private entities. Noteworthy is his time as Production Director and member of the Executive Committee of SEPES, the Public Land Agency of the Ministry of Housing, where he led important strategic land developments. In 2005, he joined the Sando Group as Director of Land, Urban Planning, and Heritage, later assuming the position of Deputy General Manager of the Real Estate Division. He has also been President and Director of several development companies, both public—such as Bilbao Ría 2000, ZAL del Puerto de Barcelona, Puerto Seco de Madrid, and Gestur Rioja—and private, including DUSE and Avanza Madrid Vivienda Joven. Since 2013, he has been a partner at Almar Consulting, where he contributes his expert knowledge in urban planning, land development, and asset management, providing strategic and technical advice on land investment and real estate development projects.
