Cañaveral M4C BTR Residential Development
Located in Madrid’s El Cañaveral neighbourhood, Cañaveral M4C is a residential development designed around a new rental housing model: Build to Rent (BTR).
This approach offers an efficient, flexible alternative to traditional home ownership and responds to changing market demand. The scheme comprises 160 one- and two-bedroom homes across six storeys plus a penthouse level, together with a wide range of shared amenities: a swimming pool, padel court, children’s play area and landscaped spaces.
The development also includes retail units, underground parking with 217 spaces, storage rooms and all the services required to provide comfort, quality and functionality.
Almar Consulting is responsible for Project Monitoring, an independent role that gives financial stakeholders an objective, up-to-date view of the project’s progress. We regularly monitor the programme, construction progress, technical and administrative documentation and sales performance, while also validating interim payment certificates and payment flows.
