Hybrid Office Project in Málaga
Merlin Properties’ new hybrid office building on Paseo Marítimo Antonio Machado in Málaga is designed to redefine the city’s workplaces.
The proposed building will comprise a ground floor, seven upper storeys and a penthouse level, with a panoramic glazed façade and exceptional views of the sea and San Andrés marina. With approximately 9,800 m² of floor space and capacity for around 800 workstations, the building will include underground parking for 190 vehicles, adaptable modular spaces and outdoor terraces designed for both relaxation and corporate events.
