Meliá Sarrià Hotel Refurbishment in Barcelona
The refurbishment of the Meliá Sarrià Hotel at 50 Avinguda de Sarrià in Barcelona’s Les Corts district includes upgrades and improvements to several areas of the property, with a particular focus on the rooftop.
The works are expected to take approximately ten months from July 2025, in line with the planned programme. The main intervention is the transformation of the rooftop, where a new pool, sun terrace, lounge area, sky bar, toilets and service pantry will create an elevated leisure and food-and-beverage destination.
Additional works will be carried out on the top three guest-room floors, including replacing shower trays, partially renewing furniture and adapting the electrical installation to the new equipment.
The project is being delivered through a comprehensive construction management approach, ensuring coordination across the various workstreams and the correct delivery of each planned phase.
