Petra by Meliá Hotel Refurbishment
The four-star SOL Arona Hotel is located in Arona and has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment aligned with the new positioning of the SOL brand and Meliá Hotels International.
The project involved the complete renovation of the asset, with an investment of more than €20 million, to update the property and bring it into line with current hospitality standards.
Almar Consulting provided Project Monitoring services, supporting PETRA Asset Management and ensuring programme and cost control, technical supervision of the works, and comprehensive monitoring through to completion.
