The Agir Springs MedPlaya
The Agir Springs MedPlaya Hotel in Benidorm, Alicante, was developed in line with the BREEAM® New Construction (NC) certification criteria, which are designed to promote sustainability, energy efficiency and occupant wellbeing.
The project combines contemporary design with energy-saving strategies, thermal control and resource optimisation, striking a balance between comfort, functionality and environmental responsibility.
Almar Consulting acted as technical consultant for the certification process, ensuring the correct application of BREEAM® standards and coordinating the integration of sustainable solutions throughout the various stages of development.
The result is a modern, efficient hotel with a strong commitment to sustainability, reinforcing Almar Consulting’s role in helping the hospitality sector transition towards more responsible and sustainable models.
