The Tres Cantos Apartment Hotel project in northern Madrid has capacity for 359 guests and was developed in accordance with BREEAM® New Construction criteria, with the aim of achieving an Excellent rating. The complex combines energy efficiency, comfort and contemporary design, integrating measures that optimise resource use and reduce environmental impact. Almar Consulting supported the technical certification process, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and consolidating a sustainable accommodation model that highlights the value of innovation in the hospitality sector.
