Giverola Complex

Giverola is located in a privileged area just a few minutes from Tossa de Mar, nestled between two beautiful coves with turquoise waters and fine sand. It is a natural Mediterranean environment covering more than 35 hectares, surrounded by pine forests, holm oaks and scrubland such as rockrose, rosemary and thyme, creating an idyllic landscape that makes it the perfect destination for an active holiday with the family, as a couple or in a group. In the case of the Resort, Almar Consulting is carrying out a renovation, providing project management services for the overall complex and the architecture of the campsite. The hotel has been completely renovated, converting it into a ZEL, by Meliá, where Almar has been responsible for project management and construction management of the apartments.

Finally, the campsite is a project in which Almar has carried out project management, project design and construction management. The 14-hectare campsite has undergone extensive renovation to make it a benchmark in the area. It consists of pitches for caravans and motorhomes, bungalows and camping tents. The campsite complex has two restaurants, a swimming pool with a beach area, direct access to Pola beach, children's play areas and generous green spaces.
