The renovation of the Hotel Aethos to become a 5-star hotel in Peguera, Mallorca, for which Almar Consulting acts as Project Manager.

The hotel complex is located in a prime location with wonderful sea views and will feature a renovated design, paying special attention to sustainability and energy efficiency, key values ​​of this renovation and of the brand. Its new facilities will include a pool, spa, beach club, fine dining restaurant, and rooftop cocktail bar.

Furthermore, in its commitment to sustainability, Almar Consulting is providing consulting services to obtain the BREEAM ES New Construction Certification. The implementation of BREEAM requirements reduces the building's environmental impact and promotes energy efficiency with consumption savings of between 30 and 70%, with a consequent reduction in CO2 emissions.
