Almar is carrying out the Project Management of this 4-star hotel complex, adapting it to Meliá standards.

The Sol Costa Atlantis Hotel is located in Tenerife, in the north of the island, in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, facing Martiánez Beach. It boasts stunning views of the ocean and Mount Teide.

It has 308 rooms and an area comprised of 165 apartments distributed across three blocks. It features large outdoor gardens, two sundecks and swimming pools: one facing the sea, for the exclusive use of the hotel, and another at a higher level, shared with the apartments, with an adult pool and a children's pool. The complex features a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, two pool bars, one on each sundeck, and a lobby bar.

It also has an auditorium, three event rooms, a fitness room, a supermarket, a mini-club, and outdoor parking for guests.
