A height extension is proposed with a double glass façade that reinterprets the geometry of the existing building, combining it with the traditional brick facade.
The homes at 26 Zurbarán are designed to enjoy the light without compromising space. Two duplex penthouses with roof gardens and six three- and four-bedroom homes with surfaces between 210 m2 and 312 m2. The design of the homes takes into account the balance established between tradition and the natural context of their location.
