Álvaro Rejas García holds a degree in Technical Architecture from the Technical University of Madrid, as well as a degree in Building and Construction Management and an MBA in Real Estate Development. With more than 13 years of experience in the sector, he has held positions of responsibility and leadership at several companies. He joined Almar Consulting in 2018, initially serving as Head of Technical Services. His leadership skills and strategic approach led to his promotion to Director and now to Associate. During his time at Almar Consulting, Álvaro has managed key projects that have played a crucial role in the company’s growth and consolidation in the market.
Borja López Albéniz holds a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, from Comillas Pontifical University (ICAI), and has several sustainability certifications, including LEED and BREEAM. With more than 15 years of experience at national and international companies, Borja has built a strong track record in sustainability project management. Since joining Almar Consulting, he has successfully led the Sustainability department, implementing innovative strategies that have positioned the company as a benchmark for sustainable practices. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in achieving the company’s environmental objectives.
