The AH Homes project in Alcalá de Henares comprises 128 homes developed in accordance with the BREEAM® system, which promotes energy efficiency and responsible construction.\
Almar Consulting carried out the pre-assessment and managed the certification process, supporting the developer in defining its sustainability goals and ensuring that the technical strategies were correctly implemented throughout the project.\
