Alazán Jerez Residential Development
Alazán Jerez is a residential development in Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz, next to the Ermita de la Guía and just a few minutes from the city’s historic centre.
The project began with a work-in-progress (WIP) building, creating both technical and planning challenges. We undertook its renovation and extension, transforming the existing structure into a modern complex of 146 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes across nine storeys, with parking and storage rooms.
In our Project Management role, we were responsible for restarting the works, optimising the architectural design and coordinating delivery, ensuring the scheme’s technical, planning and financial viability.
Through rigorous, collaborative management, we have returned a building to the urban fabric that now provides new housing opportunities in a strategic area of the city.
