Hotel Regente MedPlaya
The Hotel Regente MedPlaya in Benidorm, Alicante, was developed in accordance with BREEAM® New Construction (NC) certification criteria to deliver an efficient, modern building that respects the natural world.
The project integrates sustainability measures covering energy efficiency, responsible water management and the use of low-impact materials, helping to improve guest comfort and wellbeing.
Almar Consulting acted as technical consultant during the certification process, ensuring compliance with BREEAM® requirements and the implementation of sustainable strategies throughout every stage of development.
The result is a hotel that combines functionality, comfort and efficiency, consolidating Almar Consulting’s experience in managing sustainable tourism projects and securing environmental certification for hotel buildings.
