The project was delivered under a "design & build" model, enabling the architectural design and construction works to be fully integrated, optimising time and resources while ensuring an outcome aligned with the university’s technical and aesthetic standards.
The scheme transformed the building into a functional, modern and highly technological facility that combines teaching areas with clinics equipped with cutting-edge technology, creating a comfortable environment for professionals, students and patients.
The design prioritises energy efficiency, comfort and accessibility, with every detail carefully considered to meet the demands of a high-performance university and healthcare environment.
