Almar Consulting provided BREEAM® consultancy services as the local adviser in Spain, supporting the owner in adapting the properties to international sustainable construction standards.
Our work included reviewing technical criteria, assessing good environmental management practices and implementing measures to optimise the shopping centres’ energy and water consumption.
