The Burjassot Student Residence in Valencia provides 342 beds and was developed in accordance with BREEAM® criteria, embracing an efficient, healthy and sustainable model for student accommodation.
The building was designed to provide functional, comfortable spaces, incorporating measures that reduce energy consumption, optimise water management and improve indoor environmental quality.
Almar Consulting managed the BREEAM® certification process, supporting the owner in implementing the strategies required to achieve the established sustainability goals.
The result is a residence that combines architectural innovation with environmental commitment, providing a living environment tailored to a new generation of students and reaffirming Almar Consulting’s ability to deliver projects that integrate wellbeing, efficiency and respect for the natural world.
