Marino Albesa Project – Project Management and BREEAM® Certification

The Marino Albesa project at 6 Calle Marino Albesa in Valencia is being developed for Barba Grupo Inmobiliario, a client with whom Almar Consulting is currently collaborating on a total of five projects.
For this scheme, Almar is acting as Project Manager and technical adviser for BREEAM® certification under both the New Construction and Residential schemes.
The project comprises the construction of 14 homes within the central courtyard of the urban block and is currently under construction, while the client’s other four projects remain at the definition stage.
