Calido Living Valdebebas
Almar Consulting was responsible for the Project Management of Calido Valdebebas, a flex living development located in Valdebebas (Madrid), conceived as the largest industrialised hybrid building developed in Spain to date. Designed by Ortiz León Arquitectos for Dazia Capital and Aermont Capital, the building was delivered by ACR using the CREE Buildings construction system.
Located in one of Madrid’s main urban expansion areas, the project is set within a strategic environment connected to the airport, emerging business hubs and extensive green spaces, contributing to the development of new residential models tailored to the needs of a modern metropolitan city.
