Mediterránea II, Mallorca
The Mediterránea II development in Mallorca comprises 126 Build to Rent homes developed in accordance with the BREEAM® system’s sustainability criteria. From the outset, the project has incorporated strategies to reduce environmental impact, optimise energy consumption and improve the liveability of its spaces.
Almar Consulting carried out the pre-assessment and managed the BREEAM® certification process, supporting the developer in defining environmental targets and implementing technical measures during construction.
The project stands out for its focus on comfort, indoor air quality and efficient water use, consolidating a new approach to rental housing. Mediterránea II reinforces Almar Consulting’s commitment to creating sustainable residential assets that combine economic value with environmental responsibility.
