Hotel Don Carlos in Marbella
We have provided Project Management services for the comprehensive refurbishment of Hotel Don Carlos Marbella. The scope of works included the renovation of 308 guest rooms and 24 residences, the redesign of the lobby and communal areas, and the upgrading of the hotel's dining and leisure facilities. The project introduces a diverse gastronomic offering, featuring a range of dining and cocktail concepts, alongside spaces designed to enhance the beachfront experience.
In terms of sports and wellness facilities, the resort features the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, tennis and padel courts, and a 1,600 m² spa with a hydrotherapy circuit and dedicated treatment areas.
The refurbishment, with interior design by Jaime Beriestain, combines contemporary aesthetics with Mediterranean and Andalusian influences, bringing the property in line with the latest standards of the luxury hospitality sector.
Our team has been responsible for the overall Project Management of the refurbishment, coordinating project delivery and overseeing construction works to ensure the seamless integration of the different areas of intervention.
