The Hotel Flamingo Oasis MedPlaya in Benidorm, Alicante, was developed in accordance with BREEAM® New Construction (NC) certification criteria, integrating sustainability, efficiency and wellbeing throughout every stage of the project.
The building incorporates advanced energy-saving measures, efficient water management and low-impact materials, without compromising the comfort and quality expected of a high-capacity hotel.
Almar Consulting acted as technical adviser during the certification process, supporting the owner in defining and validating the sustainable strategies applied to both design and construction.
The result is an efficient establishment committed to sustainability, reinforcing Almar Consulting and the MedPlaya group’s support for a responsible tourism model aligned with international efficiency standards.
