Hotel Riudor MedPlaya
The Hotel Riudor MedPlaya in Benidorm, Alicante, was developed in line with the principles of BREEAM® New Construction (NC) certification to ensure the building’s overall sustainability and improve operational efficiency.
The project combines contemporary design with energy-saving strategies, efficient water management and low-impact materials, while maintaining the quality and comfort associated with the MedPlaya brand.
Almar Consulting acted as technical adviser throughout the certification process, supporting the owner in implementing sustainable measures and verifying compliance with international standards.
The result is a modern, efficient establishment committed to its surroundings, reinforcing Almar Consulting’s leadership in applying BREEAM® certification to the tourism and hospitality sector.
