Hotel Riviera MedPlaya
The Hotel Riviera MedPlaya on the Costa del Sol in Málaga, which is also part of Azora’s hotel portfolio, is currently undergoing BREEAM® International In-Use certification, with Almar Consulting responsible for sustainability monitoring.
Our work includes directing and technically supervising the implementation of the measures required by the standard; providing comprehensive support to the client throughout the certification process; and ensuring that the project incorporates criteria for energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality and resource optimisation.
This work highlights Almar’s experience in sustainable hotel projects and strengthens its position as a leader in integrating environmental strategies into operational tourism properties.
