Retail Park in Colmenar Viejo
Almar Consulting will be responsible for the Project Management of Alerce Park Colmenar, a new retail park located in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid) with more than 14,500 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA). Developed on a 40,000 sqm site, the project will accommodate two leading grocery operators and around ten retail units, establishing itself as one of the municipality’s most significant upcoming commercial developments.
