Campus UAX Mare Nostrum

We are accompanying Alfonso X el Sabio University in the development of the new UAX Mare Nostrum campus in Malaga, an internationally renowned project that combines technology, sustainability and strategic vision.

The new UAX Mare Nostrum campus, promoted by Alfonso X el Sabio University, marks a turning point on the national university map. Located in Malaga, this ambitious project combines cutting-edge architecture, sustainability and academic excellence to attract talent from within and outside Spain. At Almar Consulting, we have participated as a technical partner, accompanying the client in all key phases of development. Our work includes the drafting of the projects and project management of the first pavilions, the management of the construction of the entire campus, technical coordination, technical documentation management, monitoring of construction milestones and the achievement of the LEED sustainability seal. This project positions Malaga as a new centre for educational innovation, in line with UAX's expansion strategy, and reinforces Almar's role in the field of unique educational facilities.
