Almar Consulting at PROJECT 2026

Anticipation, risk management and team coordination are key to successful project delivery. This was the central message highlighted by Almar Consulting at PROJECT 2026, an industry event organised by CESINE Jornadas, where Jesús Herrero Toribio, Project Management Director, shared his expertise in a presentation entitled “Creating Value Through Project Management: Real-World Case Studies”. Drawing on three landmark projects — Madrid Culinary Campus, Grand Palladium Sicilia and Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio Mare Nostrum — Jesús demonstrated how pre-construction planning, on-site leadership and integrated project management help anticipate risks, optimise decision-making and safeguard clients' interests throughout the different stages of project delivery. The event also featured Aurelio Jesús Fernández Martínez, Partner and Project Management Director at Almar Consulting, who took part in a panel discussion alongside other industry professionals. At Almar, we approach Project Management as a strategic discipline that goes beyond schedule and cost control. It involves coordinating all project stakeholders, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues, and ensuring that every decision remains aligned with the client's objectives.
