The company will support the developer throughout the planning, technical coordination and project monitoring phases of the development, which will be carried out on a site of more than 41,000 sqm. The project will contribute to consolidating a new strategic retail area for the municipality, located in a fully urbanised sector with infrastructure in place and highly accessible connections in the northern area of the Madrid region.
Almar Consulting’s role will focus on coordinating the different stakeholders involved, monitoring the project schedule, controlling interfaces between architecture, engineering, urbanisation, logistics, operators and construction execution, as well as integrating the different development phases to ensure efficient project management.
The project forms part of the development of Almar Consulting’s retail division, led by Isabel Robles, a professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. The company highlights that it is currently involved in various projects related to Project Management services, technical and urban planning due diligence, as well as refurbishment and extension works for commercial assets and operators, further expanding its activity in this segment through the consolidated expertise of its multidisciplinary teams.
