Juan Jesús Peláez appointed new Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Almar Consulting

Peláez, who has been part of the firm for more than 12 years and has been a partner since 2014, will assume executive and operational leadership responsibilities, overseeing the coordination of the company’s business units and regional operations.

Under this new organizational structure, founder José Luis Miró will remain Chairman of the company. His role will focus on defining the consultancy’s strategic vision, promoting corporate culture, and managing institutional and strategic client relationships. This division of responsibilities is intended to separate strategic leadership and corporate representation, entrusted to the Chairman, from operational execution and business transformation, which will now fall under the responsibility of the CEO.

Peláez brings more than 30 years of professional experience. He is a Technical Architect and Building Engineer, with a strong track record in technical management and production leadership roles within construction and real estate development companies. During his time at Almar Consulting, he has led asset management, project delivery, and team development initiatives.

This appointment follows a strong 2025 financial year in which the company exceeded €15 million in revenue, reaching €15.2 million. The consultancy’s growth forecasts project revenues exceeding €22 million within the next two years, driven by deeper penetration into new market sectors and the recurring nature of its client portfolio.
