Ona Alborada Hotel Refurbishment in Tenerife

The Alborada Hotel Complex is located in Costa del Silencio and is a large-capacity resort designed for holiday stays.

The project’s main challenge was carrying out work in an operational property while allowing the hotel to continue trading.

Almar Consulting contributed to the management of the project, applying its experience in complex schemes to ensure coordination, planning and control while minimising disruption to the property’s day-to-day operations.
