At Almar Consulting, we advised NEPI Rockcastle on the acquisition of MegaPark Barakaldo, one of the Basque Country’s leading retail destinations, in a €254 million transaction that marks the Group’s entry into Spain. As the technical consultancy and advisory team, we supported the acquisition process through the technical assessment of the asset, the identification and evaluation of risks, and specialist advice to support decision-making. MegaPark comprises approximately 81,000 sqm of retail space, distributed across a Retail Park, Fashion Outlet and Leisure & Dining area, making it a landmark asset in the Bilbao metropolitan area.
