Through these audits, the initial situation of consumption and energy cost of the building is analyzed, to evaluate savings measures, investment levels and their profitability parameters.
By certifying the energy efficiency of a building our professionals will verify the energy efficiency rating of the existing building and will issue an energy efficiency certificate of the existing building. The energy efficiency certificate will give information exclusively on the energy efficiency of the building and does not imply in any case the accreditation of the fulfillment of any other requirement required of the building.
All our professionals are using the existing CE3 and CE3X computer applications that allow us to properly prepare the certificate and that allows both the collection of data and its treatment for the issuance of the report.
All our energy efficiency certificates are signed by technicians who are in possession of the academic and professional qualification for the realization of building projects or their thermal installations.
Our professionals will register the certificate on behalf of the owner of the building before the competent body of the Autonomous Community and will have a maximum validity of ten years.

The Technical Inspection of Buildings better known by its acronym ITE, is a technical control to which buildings must be subjected from time to time.
The ITE is a type of preventive legal maintenance, for which the buildings are periodically reviewed for a series of elements that affect the security of the property and the people who inhabit it. The ITE are regulated by Royal Decree-Law 8/2011 of July 1st and by the different Municipal Ordinances, which determine the conditions for inspections.
